Founded by a concerned mother, the Foundation was established based on the belief that there is an ever increasing need to respond to the declining number of African American males graduating from higher learning institutions.  The Foundation desires to help minimize this decline by providing a helping hand.

The Foundation is a nonprofit charitable organization decribed in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
